Mission-Aligned Nonprofit Office Partners Sought

In November, construction began in the Elk Rock Garden manor house, allowing us to make upgrades to a number of key building systems including plumbing, wiring and HVAC. We are doing our best to keep disruptions in the garden to a minimum, while working to ensure the building’s long-term preservation.

Beginning in March, we expect to have several office spaces available for rent in our manor house for nonprofit organizations focused on gardening, horticulture, environmental issues, climate adaptation or conservation/preservation.

The house is currently home to both the Elk Rock Garden Foundation and the Hardy Plant Society of Oregon, which has been an amazing partner and collaborator over the past year.

We’re seeking additional mission-aligned tenant-partners who will not only locate their offices here, but also be open to collaboration with other building tenants.

(Because of our nonprofit status, we can only rent to other nonprofit organizations.)

Rental rates include office space, parking space, kitchen access, utilities, housekeeping, wi-fi, shared meeting spaces, storage, and unlimited access to our beautiful historic garden.

Interested organizations should email stephanie@elkrockgarden.org for more information.
